It is truly an honor to serve as Principal of Seminole Middle School. We are extremely fortunate to be a part of such an incredible community where our students’ education is a top priority. This mind set stems from an environment where students, faculty and community members work together to reach a common goal. The collaboration of all stakeholders is the driving force in the success we experience at Seminole.
I am amazed at the foundation the parent base provides at Seminole. Our PTA takes on many initiatives to support our students and staff. Their assistance will be even more important as we continue to address the financial challenges facing our district. I applaud their energy and thank them for all of their hard work, which often goes unrecognized.
Parents and students are afforded a first rate educational experience here at Seminole. We are an enthusiastic community of educators that strive to make literacy a core tenet of our work. We provide our students with a challenging academic program that exceeds district and state requirements. In addition, we offer rigorous courses for advanced and gifted students enrolled in our DECAL program. This rigor provides challenging curriculum to help better prepare students for academic challenges as they approach high school. Our faculty represents advanced degrees as well as teachers with National Board Certification.
Please take time to explore our website. It serves as a wonderful connection to who we are. Our students, staff, parents and community are the reason for our success. Seminole Middle School will continue to provide the ultimate learning environment for today’s students to grow into mature, responsible members of our society.
